H+H

H+H MMC using Celcon Vertical Wall Panels provides, for the first time, a masonry off-site solution demonstrating speed and quality. In five years, 3000  homes have been built using Vertical Wall Panels, creating a watertight house shell in a week. Taking bricklaying off the critical path, first fix trades can begin, reducing build times by six weeks. Introducing Vertical Wall Panels has resulted in this hybrid system being used by several large housebuilders as well as social housing providers, combining the quality, speed and safety of off-site with the performance of aircrete.

NHBC

NHBC has been at the heart of home building since 1936. Builders and developers look to us to set the standards, inspect, advise and train to support construction excellence at every stage of the project lifecycle. Our name is known and trusted by investors, funders and consumers alike.

We are the UK’s leading provider of warranty and insurance for new homes and the largest independent Approved Inspector for Building Control.

We work from the very start of new-build projects, advising on the remediation of land for development, reviewing designs, inspecting construction performance and identifying improvements. We are also supporting the adoption of modern methods of construction that are more sustainable and efficient.

Our work means risks are identified up front and asset owners are protected through our Buildmark warranty and insurance products.

Raising standards in home building is what drives us. Being independent and non-profit distributing means we invest in technology, data and new ways of working to ensure all new homes are built to ever higher standards.

Unlock Net Zero

Unlock Net Zero is a knowledge hub focusing on the practical reality of the transition to a net zero future. Net Zero refers to achieving a balance between the amount of Greenhouse Gas emissions produced and the amount removed from the atmosphere. To achieve this requires large-scale and extensive innovation across the UK energy system. This will involve disruptive change across all sectors and industries.

Unlock Net Zero seeks to inform, educate, and connect people and organisations involved in adopting a net zero approach, identifying the technologies, infrastructure and behaviour change required.
